The project has a duration of 7 years from the closing date of the Initial Coin Offering (ICO) of this investment token, unless an extension is granted. The primary objective of the project is mangrove reforestation to support a sustainable ecosystem in Thailand, under a mangrove reforestation initiative aimed at generating carbon credits, covering a total project area of 17,531.04 rai. The carbon credits generated from this project will serve as the underlying source of returns for Blu Green Token.

Project Objectives

     Climate change is having increasingly severe and rapid impacts worldwide, and the token issuer is committed to being part of the solution to address this issue. By leveraging knowledge, experience, and proven track record in past mangrove cultivation and maintenance, the token issuer has established a business that encompasses Green Technology and carbon credits, including advisory, development, verification, and trading services for carbon credits. Furthermore, the token issuer has expanded corporate objectives to include the issuance and public offering of tokens in accordance with digital asset business regulations and other applicable laws or rules, aiming to support long-term sustainable development.

     The token issuer has participated in a mangrove restoration project to promote a sustainable ecosystem in Thailand, under the 2022 Mangrove Reforestation Program for Carbon Credit Benefits, covering a total area of 17,531.04 rai. This participation aims to generate carbon credits to support the issuance and offering of the environment-conservation token, named the “Blu Green Token.” Returns of the Blu Green Token are derived from the sale of carbon credits, representing a new investment model that allows investors to actively participate in environmental restoration and directly support society and local communities. This support extends to natural resources and the environment, as well as social development and the improvement of community quality of life, by encouraging community participation in mangrove reforestation activities.

     The token issuer intends to conduct a public offering of the environment-conservation tokens with the objective of utilizing the proceeds for: reimbursing certain expenses already incurred in relation to the underlying project, funding project-related expenditures from inception throughout the token project duration, and covering transaction-related expenses associated with the token transaction.

The mangrove forestation project areas participating in the Sustainable Mangrove Ecosystem Restoration Project in Thailand, under the 2022 Mangrove Reforestation Program for Carbon Credit Benefits, has the total area of 17,531.04 rai, covering across 15 provinces in Thailand.

       ปัจจุบันปัญหาการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศส่งผลกระทบทั่วโลก อย่างรุนแรง และรวดเร็วมากขึ้น ผู้ออกโทเคนดิจิทัลจึงมุ่งมั่นที่จะเป็น ส่วนหนึ่งในการแก้ไขปัญหาสภาพภูมิอากาศแปรปรวนนี้ด้วยความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และความสำเร็จจากผลงานที่ผ่านมาผู้ออกโทเคนดิจิทัล ได้วางแผนขยายธุรกิจให้ครอบคลุมเทคโนโลยีด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม (Green Technology)

ผู้ออกโทเคนดิจิทัลได้เข้าร่วมดำเนินโครงการฟื้นฟูป่าชายเลนเพื่อระบบนิเวศที่ยั่งยืนของประเทศไทย ภายใต้โครงการปลูกป่าชายเลนเพื่อประโยชน์จากคาร์บอนเครดิตประจำปี พ.ศ. 2565 ในพื้นที่รวมทั้งสิ้น 17,531.04 ไร่ เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งคาร์บอนเครดิตสำหรับการออกและเสนอขายโทเคนดิจิทัลเพื่ออนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมสินทรัพย์ป่าสมบูรณ์ (Blu Green Token) ทั้งนี้ ผลตอบแทนของ Blu Green Token มาจากการขายคาร์บอนเครดิต ซึ่งถือเป็นรูปแบบการลงทุนใหม่ที่เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ลงทุนมีส่วนร่วมในการฟื้นฟูสิ่งแวดล้อม และสนันสนุนสังคมและชุมชนโดยตรง ทั้งในด้านทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมถึงด้านสังคมและการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของชุมชน ผ่านการสนับสนุนให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินโครงการปลูกป่าชายเลน

       ผู้ออกโทเคนดิจิทัลมีความประสงค์ที่จะเสนอขายโทเคนดิจิทัลเพื่ออนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมต่อประชาชน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์การใช้เงินที่ได้จากการระดมทุนสำหรับการชำระค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินโครงการอ้างอิงที่ได้มีการชำระไปแล้วบางส่วน การชำระค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินโครงการอ้างอิงตั้งแต่เริ่มโครงการจนจบโครงการโทเคนดิจิทัล และใช้สำหรับชำระค่าใช้จ่ายในการทำธุรกรรมโทเคนดิจิทัล

     ซึ่งภายหลังการออกและเสนอขายโทเคนดิจิทัลเพื่ออนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมเสร็จสิ้นผู้ออคโทเคนดิจิท้ลจะใช้เงินระดมทุนสำหรับชำระค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งในส่วนของการปลูกกล้าไม้ที่ได้ดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จ ค่าใช้จ่ายในการบำรุงรักษาพันธุ์ไม้ตลอดอายุโครงการโทเคนดิจิทัล และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการออกและเสนอขายโทเคนดิจิทัล
